Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused IronPaw beds within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging.

If your dog has used the bed and something isn’t right β€” it’s the wrong size, or it doesn’t suit your setup β€” contact us before initiating a return. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you and your dog.

Please note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been chewed, soiled, or otherwise damaged by a pet. That’s what the 2-Year Chew Guarantee is for.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email Us First

Send your order number and reason to hello@ironpaw.com.au. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first β€” unrequested returns may not be accepted.

Receive Your Returns Label

We’ll be in touch within 1 business day with instructions (for eligible returns). Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Drop It Off & Get Your Refund or Exchange

Drop the parcel at any Australia Post outlet. Once we receive and inspect the return (usually 2–3 business days after receipt), your refund or exchange is processed promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times after we’ve inspected your return:

  • βœ“Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay: 3–5 business days, refunded to your original card via Stripe

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect, etc.).
