1. About Us

IronPaw Australia (ABN: 84 692 900 959) is an Australian company registered in New South Wales. We sell indestructible and chew-proof dog beds through our website ironpaw.com.au.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices on the website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified or in cases of suspected fraud.

Order confirmations are sent via email to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure product availability is accurately reflected on the website, however stock can sell out. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item has been ordered at an incorrect (lower) price due to a website error, we will contact you before processing to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all Australian states and territories. Estimated delivery times and rates are outlined on our Shipping Information page. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and IronPaw is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. We recommend using a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the parcel.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy is outlined in detail on our Returns & Exchanges page. These terms incorporate Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights, which cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

6. The IronPaw Chew Guarantee

The 2-Year Chew Guarantee is a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee offered by IronPaw Australia and is separate to, and in addition to, your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Full terms of the guarantee are outlined on our Chew Guarantee page.

The guarantee covers chew-through damage to the outer shell, seams, zippers, borders and inner liner within 2 years of the original purchase date. It does not cover damage from causes other than chewing, including but not limited to: fire, flooding, deliberate damage, or commercial use in kennel facilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ironpaw.com.au, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photographs, and design elements, is the property of IronPaw Australia and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronPaw Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in respect of any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

IronPaw products are designed for use by domestic dogs under appropriate supervision. We are not responsible for injury to animals or persons caused by misuse of our products or use inconsistent with the product instructions.

9. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carriers) or as required by law. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
