Most dog bed brands offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We offer 2 full years of chew protection — because we know our beds can back it up.
If your dog chews through their IronPaw bed at any point within 24 months of purchase, contact us with a photo and your order number. Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, we’ll dispatch a replacement bed for a flat $25 swap fee — which covers return shipping and handling. That’s it.

Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover use as a tether or tie-out, unsupervised outdoor use, cosmetic marks or scratches to the anodised frame (these are normal wear and don’t affect function), or damage caused by anything other than chewing (cutting, washing machine damage, etc.).
